Clip On Umbrella
Can you please help my friend - David Crawford - track down a TV clip he's been hunting for several years?!
The clip was shown on a Noel Edmonds programme called "The World of the Secret Camera" in 1999 on BBC1 (I think).
It was of a stuntman, running through a city in his suit (possibly carrying a briefcase and umbrella) and then tripping over quite dramatically in front of crowds of commutters, shoppers etc.
He did this several times - running into bus stops, falling down steps, hitting lampposts - and Dave found this so incredibly funny!
For years he has tried to track down footage or details of who this stuntman was - but sadly to no avail.
Can anyone out there shed any light on this - tell me who the man was or how we can find footage?
If you can, my life would become a lot easier and Dave can rest easy at long last!
