I am looking in to getting an umbrella cockatoo in a few months?
but I want to get one from a breeder and not from a pet store. Does anyone know of any breeders or any place where I can get an umbrella cockatoo that is near West Valley City, Utah? Also, does anyone know where I can get some good organic food for them for a reasonable price?
Unless you have owned birds before you may want to look into adopting. A cockatoo can live for 50 years and the first 5 to 10 are the years that the bird develops aggression and bad habits. If you adopt a bird they are usually well socialized and around the age of 10 where they have good habits.
