Where would I find info about an insurance umbrella policy?
Something that would cover personal injury, transportation and medical malpractice.

You're going to need quotes. If you want the UMBRELLA part, you'll ALSO have to buy the UNDERLYING coverages - general liability, transportaion, and med mal.
Actually, I don't know of ANY Commercial Umbrella that give you professional liability coverage. So I'm not sure it will cover.
But you're NOT going to be able to buy a "real" policy for this over the internet. And policy wording, comparisons, aren't available online either - too much e&o exposure.
