How can I repair an Umbrella's handle and tip?
My mother put her dog inside (without my knowledge) and the dog got hold of my new umbrella. Chewed up the handle and tip. Also tore the fabric, but I know how to fix that. Is there a way to repair the handle and tip or somewhere to get replacement parts?
